Frequently asked questions.

Which currencies and payment rails does Reah support?

Receive fiat payments in USD through ACH, wire or SWIFT. Send payouts in USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SGD, HKD, AUD and CAD through supported payout routes. SWIFT is available for receiving payments only; outgoing routes depend on currency, recipient and entity.

What fees will I pay for a payment or conversion?

Reah displays applicable exchange rates, Reah fees and network costs before you submit a transaction for approval. The total depends on the route and transaction. Eligible scheduled conversions may reduce Reah’s fee to zero, although other costs can still apply.

What happens if a payment fails or is returned?

Check the transaction status and any available next steps in Reah. Whether you can retry a transfer, and how a return is handled, depends on the payment route.

How does Reah Agent create an invoice?

Give Reah Agent an instruction describing the customer, amount and payment terms. It prepares an editable invoice draft for your review before issuance.

How does Reah match incoming payments to invoices?

Reah uses payment details and invoice information to suggest matches between incoming bank or stablecoin payments and outstanding invoices. Your team can review and confirm the matches.

How does the 7-day settlement forecast work?

Smart Prediction estimates which open invoices may be paid within the next seven days using available payer history, invoice terms and settlement patterns. It is a forecast for cash planning, not a guarantee of payment.

How do recurring invoices work?

Set up a reusable invoice with the customer, line items, payment terms and billing schedule. Reah can generate recurring invoices and reminders according to the schedule you configure.

Can I export invoice and receivables data for accounting?

Invoice activity, payment records and receivables status are connected to Reah’s ledger. Available export and reporting options depend on the functionality supported in your account.
